As a man thinketh, so is he.

I was gifted this book by one of my colleagues as a parting gift when I was leaving my then job to take on another assignment. I think it was our common belief in the power of positive thinking that must have made her chose this book for me.

I have found this book extremely beneficial and an easy reference guide every time I faced minor ailments. Just look up any ailment that you may be facing and note the probable cause and the attitude you can adopt to cure them.

This book reaffirms my belief that ‘you become what you think’. You will be surprised at the accuracy with which the author is able to associate your illness to your mental state. Identifying the mental state causing the physical discomfort is a big step in healing your illness.

I highly recommend owning a copy of this book.
